Who is the Matching Team?

As the Engineering Manager for the Matching Team, you'll contribute to Kobalt's mission of fostering a fair and rewarding music industry. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to develop a cutting-edge royalty attribution engine that matches data from various streaming platforms to maximize royalty collections for our writers.
