The company has several manufacturing facilities and commercial operations located in different cities.

A position for a Global Process Manager is currently open at their Shared Service Hub in Cherrywood.

What You Will Do:
  • Set the strategic direction for global process design in collaboration with the Global Process Owner OTC.
  • Work on advancing the target operating model and driving process transformation in coordination with Corporate Finance Services and Shared Services Operations.
  • Take charge of process design and governance for activities like Customer Master data, Cash Applications, Deductions Management, and Collections with a focus on standardization and ERP deployment.
Job Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Management.
  • Accounting Certification or equivalent is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in a multinational organization.
  • Shared Service experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems.
  • Experience in managing interactions with order management and customer service teams.
  • Previous involvement in process transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business risk evaluation and financial controls.
  • Formal continuous improvement training is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead process improvements in alignment with organizational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver targeted business benefits and ease of process use.
  • Ensure global alignment of priorities and results.
  • Participate in Process Council and community of practices for Global OTC processes.
  • Drive adoption of global process standards.
  • Provide process expertise for various migration and integration activities.
  • Monitor continuous improvement efforts in the OTC process area.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for process performance.
  • Identify process automation opportunities.
  • Establish relationships across finance functions.
  • Monitor enterprise-wide initiatives and maintain alignment.
