Summary:
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an "Industrial Operations Support Manager". This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated. This is an ideal role for candidates seeking to gain experience in all aspects of Operations within the Industrial and Specialist Services Division. The role is designed to be the first line of support to our clients and managers, to ensure we maintain a high Service Level and fast turnover on quotes.
Responsibilities:
- To lead key projects across the business.
- Manage key customer accounts - current and new client.
- Managing administration team within Industrial division and Ancove Enterprises.
- Ensuring recruitment team is supplying enough staff to match business growth as well as to support other aspects of the business at full capacity.
- Support Line Manager and Credit Control where debt collection has become a challenge.
- Ensure the Director of Operations is kept informed of all operational progress and any potential issues.
- Participate in weekly/monthly operations and review meetings.
- Lead, schedule, and manage Fixed Works Nationwide through TASK application supported by the Admin Function and Regional Management Team
- Support the delivery of RAMS, Start Up Form, Insurance forms etc for new contracts.
- Manage the KPIs of our Key Clients namely ESB, AIB, Garda etc.
- Invoicing one of the largest customers and providing reports to match completed works.
- To ensure your designated team adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Develop the reputation of the organization as the preferred and expert supplier to this sector.
- Support other Business Units within Bidvest Noonan to complete Industrial works in line with tender agreement or adhoc requests.
- Adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in same/similar role
- Strong customer focus in delivering and improving services.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
- Fluency in Written and spoken English is required
- Working to strict timelines with a demanding workload
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Working as part of a team.
