Our canal-side bar has a large outdoor and indoor dining areas, serving seriously good food and drinks to the locals and visitors alike.

We are looking for Bar &Waiting Staff to join our Team. Full and part-timepositions are on offer. Breakfast shifts are also available. Day-time hours, Evening Work and Weekends-Only Available too.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver the highest quality of beverage and food service standards in our Gastrobar and Hotel.

To always strive to exceed the expectations of customers within the hotel and the Gastrobar in a pleasant and efficient manner.

To also ensure consistent and exceptional service within the team and for our valued customers. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.

To strive to serve our customers with a professional, friendly and dedicated manner and ensure the best customer experience, To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.


EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Previous experience working in a busy bar, hotel or F&B outlet is essential Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills is essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative Strong Customer Focus essential Self-motivated and task orientated Attention to detail Skills: bar waiting staff gastrobar sommelier cocktails
