Project ManagerWe are currently seeking Project Managers to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in various locations such as Dublin, Galway, Cork, Sligo, and Kilkenny. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects in transportation, civil infrastructure, and utilities.About The Role:This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in civil engineering or related technical fields who are interested in transitioning into a Project Management role. You will provide essential support to Technical Project Managers, working on diverse projects across different sectors.Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders, clients, third-party consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting records.
  • Contributing to the overall approach of the PMO.
  • Providing support to drive commercial performance and project delivery.
  • Ensuring the implementation of best practices in project delivery.
  • Preparing monthly reports for senior management.
  • Reviewing project documentation and tracking project health.
  • Analyzing project data for trending and lessons learned.
  • Assisting in conducting Project Management training.
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Project Management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in project management and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification in project management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in technical project delivery.
  • Experience in Engineering Services Consultancy is essential.
