Join this rapidly growing, stable, and dynamic company within their Business Process Automation team at an exciting phase This role will be responsible for developing and contributing to a greenfield project (Spring - Angular) with BPM solutions on multiple Business Process Management key initiatives.

In this position, you will be developing applications in accordance with industry best practices. Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to the company's overarching objectives.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 -9 years of technical experience with strong background in implementation of Spring Boot / Angular solutions
Experience liaising with business and technical teams to define and implement end to end workflow solutions.
Implementation and subject matter expertise in BPMN, Software Engineering and Solution Architecture (good to have)
Programming background in one of Type Script (Angular), Java/Groovy and JavaScript
Experience in BPM and DMN tools (preferably Camunda/ Alfresco Activiti), Expression Language and
ollaborate with Business Analysts and design leads to implement BPM solutions using Camunda.
Team mentality is very important and willingness to mentor more junior members.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projects
Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects
Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus.
Proficiency in overseeing software through its complete lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and employing CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding ability to address and resolve complex challenges.
