The role:
As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee a 360° position:

• Recruitment
  • Management of the recruitment process from A to Z (Briefing with the client, headhunting, screening, interviews, handling job offers)
  • Direct approach and sourcing on job boards
  • Presentation of the candidate 'shortlists to the clients
  • Enrich a solid database and always be on monitor mode to identify good opportunities
• Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to develop the business for the company
  • Handling the relationship with the customers
  • Prospection for new clients (all companies size)
  • Negotiation (commercial aspects)
  • Management of a client portfolio

The profile:

• Coming from a recruitment company yourself, you have already managed a whole client portfolio.
• You are passionate about the recruiting business
• The challenge animates you
• You are able to work in English (or willing to learn), and ideally, you speak other European languages.
