Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Co. Offaly. This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
Salary up to €32,000
• Track invoice costs to ensure accurate records.
• Take full responsibility for coordinating retailer projects.
• Create and distribute internal and external reports, such as promotional calendars and critical paths.
• Complete and review promotional submissions and new product forms.
• Assist with various projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
• Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Answer telephones and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Handle post and deliveries efficiently.
• Accurately upload relevant data to retailer platforms.
• Promptly maintain and update retailer plans, budgets, spend/investment records, and price listings.
• Support the wider team to align with company goals.
- Proven experience in administrative support.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English language is essential
