Job Title: Business Development AssociateIn this role, you will lead efforts to onboard the next wave of Web3 games and projects onto Immutable. Your tasks will involve staying updated on industry developments, fostering relationships with ecosystem partners, and engaging with project communities through platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Collaborate with business development managers to drive the sales cycle
- Increase qualified leads in the pipeline
- Utilize both traditional (cold calling, email) and Web3 channels (Discord, Telegram) for prospecting
- Assess inbound leads and identify trends in the Web3 gaming space
- 1+ years of client-facing experience in tech or gaming
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interest in crypto, gaming, DeFi, and digital assets
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Drive for excellence and success
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Direct experience with Web3 gaming projects
- Knowledge of Web3 project launches
