Summary

As the Core Banking Technical Architect, you will have a key role in offering both strategic and technical advice to our clients in the banking sector. Your main tasks will involve collaborating with various stakeholders such as business leaders, IT professionals, and external suppliers to devise and execute efficient and scalable core banking solutions. This position presents a fantastic chance for you to utilize your expertise and make a significant impact on our clients' core banking transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Core Banking System Design:
  • Collaborate with clients' stakeholders to grasp their core banking system requirements and create innovative architectural designs.
  • Create end-to-end business architectures, process flows, and data models that are in line with clients' core banking goals.
  • Ensure smooth integration of the core banking system with the existing infrastructure and compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to development teams throughout the core banking system implementation process.

Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience, focusing on Technical Subject Matter Expertise in Infrastructure, Integration, Product implementation, and a strong understanding of AWS with profound solution insight capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices is essential.
  • Extensive background (at least 10 years) as a banking Technical Architect or in a similar capacity within the financial services sector.
  • Thorough understanding of core banking systems, architectural principles, and industry best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Strong comprehension and extensive experience in coding languages such as Java, Core JAVA, Open technologies, AWS, Cloud, Infra, and more.
  • Desirable awareness in DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in system integration concepts, data modeling, and all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Possessing project management experience would be beneficial.
