SK biotek Ireland is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the Maintenance Department in Swords, Co. Dublin on a temporary 12-month basis through CPL.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve repetitive failures and long-term issues to define a reliability strategy.
  2. Identify engineering solutions to enhance operational reliability.
  3. Develop and promote reliability principles across the maintenance group.
  4. Manage Preventive Maintenance Optimization Project based on RCM concepts.
  5. Implement Predictive/Prescriptive maintenance and Maintenance 4.0 strategies.
  6. Compile and report on equipment performance metrics monthly.
  7. Support maintenance planning, engineering, vendor management, and new capital projects.
  8. Review failure reports for effective RCA and CAPA resolution.
  9. Develop maintenance routines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a Level 7 Engineering qualification or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries. Experience in maintenance strategy optimization, data analytics, and proficiency in Excel, SpotFire, or PowerBi is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
