Temp Paralegal

We are looking for a Temporary Paralegal to support our in-house legal team during a busy period.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• At least six months of experience in Funds / Transactions / Financial Services in a Corporate setting.
• Five-month assignment with possible extension.
• Location: Dublin 2 Offices (Hybrid).

As a Temporary Paralegal, you will assist a team of six Lawyers specializing in Aviation Leasing across Dublin, London, and New York.

This assignment will provide valuable experience in the field of Aviation Leasing.

Responsibilities:

• Updating electronic records and contracts on Sharepoint – Organizing, renaming, and filing.
• Preparing signature pages and board packs.
• Compiling document sets for external parties.
• Creating spreadsheets, trackers, and contract documents.
• Managing and updating Work in Progress (WIP).
• Entering data for KYC checks.
• Handling general administrative duties such as drafting letters and handling incoming mail.
