As a Structural Engineer, you will:

  • Undertake structural design from concept to construction, collaborating with senior engineers and project managers.
  • Coordinate design processes and integrate requirements from various partners.
  • Work autonomously, ensuring the quality and accuracy of your work and mentoring junior team members.
  • Manage time and resources effectively, overseeing deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare structural calculations, reports, and specifications, supporting design delivery.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality procedures.

Your profile should include:

  • Degree in Structural Engineering or related field, ideally with Chartered Membership Engineers Ireland or working towards it.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering design.
  • Team player with excellent technical skills and willingness to learn beyond your discipline.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use design software.
  • Highly motivated, curious, and proactive with a mindset for new challenges.
