We've got a great story to tell, and your job is to tell it

If you are ambitious to develop a role in sales, with the right positive attitude and are determined to succeed, you can learn from a team of highly experienced solution salespeople and earn a base salary between 35K-40K per year and an OTE of 55K-60K. This role is based in our offices in Sandyford in Dublin. We believe that Collaboration, Community, and Cooperation are the centre of success. As a result, this is an office-based role.

Your Role

  1. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, it's your responsibility to contact new prospects and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  2. Sales training on the benefits of Enterpryze will enable you to communicate with prospects and identify how we can help address their biggest challenges.
  3. You will book follow-up demos and meetings to advance the sales pipeline.
  4. You will attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to meet weekly and monthly targets.
  5. Develop your knowledge of Enterpryze and business processes to enable you to develop your career in sales to help with the continued growth of the business.

Your Skills

  1. A confident communicator who can influence decision makers and stakeholders.
  2. Proven success countering objections in a cold calling environment, but also adept at using email, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Ability to upskill and keep up to date with our ambitious product roadmap.
  4. Relationship building and listening skills for finding out customer pain points and proposing how we can fix them.
