M&A Analyst

Exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop a career in Mergers & Acquisitions at a specialist corporate finance firm in Dublin. Key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing potential mergers and acquisition opportunities, conducting in-depth financial analysis and market research.
• Developing financial models and utilising various valuation techniques to support investment strategy.
• Assisting in the transaction due diligence process.
• Supporting deal origination and building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Successful candidate will likely have the following background:

• A strong third-level degree in finance, economics, business or related.
• Experience in a student-managed fund would be advantageous.
• 0-2 years' experience in a finance/investment or related environment.
• An energetic self-starter with a keen interest in business.
• Highly numerate, a sharp attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
