Description

Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Provide advice and legal support to the Insurance team and internal stakeholders on various matters.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate contracts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in training activities for legal and wider business.
  • Managing relationships with external counsel as necessary

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • A qualification as a Solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or the EU
  • Experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance spaces
  • Strong communication, contract, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Financial regulations
