Position Summary

Input and extract information from computer databases to update records and respond to guest inquiries. Send information or documents through computer or mail. Operate office equipment and prepare various documents using software. Manage mail, create filing systems, and organize records. Record office activities and transactions. Retrieve work-related information using computers or point of sale systems.

Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and provide excellent guest service. Communicate clearly, prepare documents accurately, and handle phone calls professionally. Build positive relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns. Perform physical tasks and other duties as assigned.
