Job Description

  • Understand and ensure compliance with Contract Management standards and terms
  • Manage relationships with Contractors and Consultants to enhance project delivery
  • Review and customize contracts for specific projects, coordinating input from various experts
  • Lead contract negotiations and provide guidance to project teams
  • Certify payments and audit accounts to verify cost accuracy
  • Evaluate subcontractors and manage subcontract documents
  • Calculate delay damages and oversee contract management strategies
  • Set KPI targets and assess contractor performance accordingly
  • Review and approve performance evaluations and improvement plans
  • Build and mentor a team of Contract Administrators
  • Review compensation event applications and payment terms for alignment
  • Assure tender documentation adherence and oversee evaluation processes

Experience Required

  • Over 10 years of contract management experience
  • Knowledge of monitoring contractor and consultant performance
  • Proficiency in claims management and performance frameworks
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators and NEC contracts
  • Experience in developing contract management strategies
