The Product Development Engineer will support product development of Medical Devices from feasibility through to market introduction for our customers.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is excited by the prospect of supporting projects in a dynamic environment to support business growth.
THE ROLE:
Development of balloon catheters, braided shafts and/or delivery systems for use in medical procedures to meet customer needs from initial prototype to commercialisation Development of effective, reliable, and efficient processes for medical device manufacturing to consistently delivery product meeting customer, quality and regulatory standards Documentation of design and development activities in adherence to product development process deliverable supporting development from prototyping through to product commercialisation Design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical support during product development, validations and commercialisation activities Identify, escalate and mitigate technical and project risks throughout the product development process
REQUIREMENTS:
Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology programs.
