Procurement Analsyt

My client, an expanding Construction company is currently recruiting a Procurement Analyst to join their team.

Ideally you will have some Procurement, Order Management or Administrative experience within a related environment. Our client would also love to hear from you, if you are currently working in a Warehouse related role and you want to move in to an office environment.

Role Details:

• Salary €30-35,000 depending on experience, plus company pension
• Based in Wilton, working hours Mon-Thurs 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30
• Opportunity to develop/grow. Our client would happily pay for educational courses to enable employees to progress.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day to day order processing and packing administration
• Liaise with suppliers to source materials both within and outside of the EU
• Prepare, release and maintain purchase orders
• Stock management of various insulation, metal materials and PPE
• Reconcile orders and delivery dockets
• Organise and coordinate safety courses and ensure documents are updated in line with CIF specifications
• Setting up new projects and create weekly/monthly project reports
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure safety documentation is continuously updated

The successful candidate:

• An interest in the world of Mechanical Services/Construction would be beneficial
• Tech savvy with a logical approach
• Administration experience in a construction related role would be an advantage but not essential
• Flexible and professional attitude
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Ability to take instruction but also eager to use own initiative
