Are you an experienced interim Paralegal looking for a 3 month opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to a global financial services company?

We are currently seeking an Interim Paralegal to join our client's team on a 3 month basis with view to extend. As a Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to support the legal department and work closely with attorneys on a range of tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic and globally recognised organisation. You must be able to work 3 day's a week in office in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal documents.
• Organise and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Assist with due diligence processes.
• Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and reports.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on various legal projects.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in conducting legal research and using legal databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
