A global broking house with a leading transactional risks practice are looking to appoint a Senior Broker to the team in Dublin - the team advise buyers and sellers on the structuring, procurement and placement of transactional risks such as warranty and indemnity, tax and contingent risks insurance.

Candidate will have an M&A advisory background from corporate law, accounting or corporate finance with a clear understanding of the mergers and acquisitions, life cycle and risks that may arise during the process.
