Community Operations Analyst – FRENCH

ONSITE – Dublin

Global Talent on behalf of our Enterprise Tech client have a requirement for Community Operations Analyst FRENCH to join their team. This post is PERMANENT position. The role is based in Dublin. The working model is onsite.

Working a 40 hours Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) per week the successful candidate will be employed as a permanent member of team and will be paid a fix rate.

Notes that all applicants must belegible to work in Ireland and resident in Dublin region to be considered for this position.

Salary:€27k + Bonus.

IMPORTANT: We can process only candidates eligible to work in Ireland full-time (EU passport, Stamp 4, Stamp 1G for at least 12 months, Access to Labour Market). Thank you for understanding.

Summary of Role:

Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time. Become and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards. Make well-balanced decisions and be personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community. Display strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly, empathy. Show a strong bias toward doing what's right.

Responsibilities

· Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.

· Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.

· Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.

· Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.

· Enforce the client's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.

· Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

· Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

· Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment. High adaptability and a positive approach to challenges are crucial. The candidate should be able to make decisions, solve problems, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. The ability to work as part of a team and consistently meet KPIs on time is essential.

Essential Competencies

· Fluent in the market language and English.

· Cultural understanding of the market.

· Experience working in an office environment is preferable.

· Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.

· Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience.

· Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on.

· Ability to learn new information in a short period of time.

· Eligible to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).
