We are looking for detail-oriented candidates for the role of AI Annotator. You will be client-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of the development and improvement of large language models (LLM).

You must have a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leverage your proficiency in Finnish and English comprehension and domain knowledge in the rapidly growing field of generative LLM and join our community of Annotators who play a crucial role in improving LLM.

As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to enhance a large language model. You'll craft realistic questions that someone might pose to the LLM in real-life scenarios and provide optimal answers. This task involves reviewing guidelines, creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.

  • Annotate Finnish and English data accurately and consistently, in line with predefined annotation guidelines
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as machine learning classifier outputs and internal tools
  • Develop, implement, and uphold guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification, content creation, and organization
  • Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotation
  • Offer insights on observed patterns in the annotated data
  • Handle sensitive text-based content

Essential Competencies:

  • High Proficiency in Finnish and English - C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
  • Educational background - Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or higher, equivalent to the Irish National Framework of Qualifications Level 7/8
  • Understanding of common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture)

Candidate Experience:

  • Ability to consult online resources, rephrase, and craft cohesive, accurate, responsive, and sometimes empathetic answers to prompts from the viewpoint of an LLM
  • Ability to address specialized domain free-form prompts at the university-level difficulty
  • Experience in data and trend analysis, and deriving insights
  • Experience in developing and executing various initiatives
  • Must uphold a strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving exceptional customer performance

This position will be located onsite in Sandyford, Dublin 18
