Junior Law Clerk | D15 | 27-30K

A prominent client is looking for a Junior Law Clerk to join their ever growing team. The role is on-site 5 days a week, supporting the legal team. The company provides progression and fantastic training, this is a perfect role for a junior candidate who wants to kick start their legal career.

This role requires a full drivers license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents.
• Provide administrative support to legal staff, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
• Type legal correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances for legal professionals.
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel,, Outlook).
• Valid full driver's license and access to own vehicle.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred but not required.
