Meta's Sales & Partnerships organizations are responsible for supporting Meta's Advertising Sales business and strategic partnerships ecosystem. EMEA is Meta's 3rd largest regional contributor to growth, delivering just under $20 billion (USD) in H Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner (BP) to support our Sales & Partnerships organizations in EMEA. This role partners with a diverse and dispersed set of highly skilled and experienced Ad Sales, Sales XFN, and Strategic Partnerships teams across the region to drive our high performance culture. The role will also be accountable for Country HR Strategy work, focused on enabling Meta's ability to operate and deliver change locally.HRBP, Sales & Partnerships - EMEA Responsibilities:
- Partner with organizational (org) leaders to design and shape healthy, effective, and high performing orgs as measured by Org Health Metrics (e.g. Spans of Control, Attrition, Engagement, etc.)
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building
- Provide thought leadership and partnership on location strategy, headcount planning, and allocation
- Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Lead talent reviews, career pathing, and bench planning processes to ensure we have the right talent in the highest priority roles so that we retain our top talent and have the most effective teams possible
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
- Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community
- 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- BA/BS degree
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, & Partnerships teams in the Tech industry
- Experience working with employment issues in EMEA
