CAD / Revit Technician

My client is looking for a CAD/Revit technician to join their growing team at their Offices in Banteer North Cork. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Production of detailed high quality CAD drawings/ Revit models for residential projects.

· Co-ordination/ liaison with other team members both internal and externally.

· Liaising with supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors during construction stage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· A relevant qualification

· Experience in residential projects is essential.

· Good Technical knowledge of building processes and construction details

· Have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience.

· Possess a good knowledge, understanding and experience working with current building regulations and industry legislation.

· Experience in Revit is essential, AutoCAD and adobe suite beneficial.

· Competently produce planning, tender and construction drawings

· Ability to work successfully within a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and ambitious

· Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
