GCL Group is currently hiring an experienced SHEQ Manager for our client, a growing Civil Engineering contractor with offices in North Kildare.

This is a senior role and will be managing Health and Safety across all projects. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement EHS management systems.
  • Manage team of Health and Safety Advisors.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Health and Safety.
  • 8+ years' experience in a Health and Safety role with proven management experience.
  • Experience working for a construction company in the civil, energy or power sector.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
