Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint an IT Support Specialist to join our existing team, We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT support specialist to join our exciting, fun, and dynamic IT team in one of Ireland largest and most successful companies.

As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting to the IT operations manager, your primary focus will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring software applications, and maintaining computer systems. You will also play a role in the maintenance and development of the companies Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience with Office 365, Azure, and Salesforce, and be capable of managing and maintaining these platforms effectively.

This role will involve hybrid working and the potential candidate can be based near our Dundalk Office but with a requirement to go to Cpl HQ once a week initially.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

· Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

· Manage and administer Office 365, including but not limited to email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

· Utilize Azure services for cloud-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.

· Administer and support Salesforce, including user management, customization, and troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects.

· Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

· Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

· Stay current with industry trends and technologies, providing recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

· Assist in asset management as needed.

Role Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.

· Strong expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

· Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.

· Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management and customization.

· Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Salesforce Administrator are a plus.

· Full drivers' licence and access to own transport an advantage.
