Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the project delivery process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of BIM models and their integration into construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Model Coordination: Oversee the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models across various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Clash Detection: Conduct regular clash detection exercises and coordinate resolving identified issues, ensuring seamless integration of all building systems.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to maintain high-quality models and documentation.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including model audits, clash reports, and coordination meeting minutes.
* Software Utilization: Utilize industry-standard BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, to develop and manage models.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator role within the construction or engineering industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience with other relevant tools like BIM 360 is a plus.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and best practices, including clash detection and model coordination.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Certification: Relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are advantageous.
