Role Summary

Exciting responsibilities in this position:

  • Develop top-notch, efficient, and reusable code by upholding best practices in software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product owners to grasp intricate requirements and take charge of your code from inception to delivery, ensuring a premium product experience for our users.
  • Create user-friendly software to enable customers to effortlessly customize and extend functionality to suit their unique needs
  • Play a key role in crafting new products and features, as well as enhancing the existing product portfolio
  • Act as a mentor to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Java or a similar object-oriented language
  • A strong affinity for Java, JavaScript, and the Web platform, emphasizing reusability and componentization
  • Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and considerations for performance/scale
  • Familiarity with contemporary UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is advantageous
  • Background in Troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Exceptional analytical and design proficiencies
  • Capability to lead projects with substantial technical complexity at a team level
