Full Stack Developer

Our customer is currently in search of a Full-Stack Developer to collaborate with the internal development team (currently 16 members). It's a fantastic chance to join a private investment company with a diversified growth strategy. The team highly values honesty, integrity, and is looking for someone confident, ambitious, and assertive.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze data, code, and processes to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team members to set goals and design more functional, cohesive code for an improved user experience.
  • Develop reusable code and libraries for future purposes.
  • Generate new ideas for programs, products, or features by staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Create new user-facing features.
  • Record data and report to relevant parties like clients or management.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices, learn new programming languages, and support team members effectively.
  • Lead projects when necessary.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Design and implement different front-end user interfaces using technologies like ReactJS, Redux, and ES6.
  • Analyze and refactor existing source code for in-house systems.
  • Employ web services such as REST and SOAP to develop user-facing pages.
  • Apply object-oriented analysis and design (Java) skills for creating dynamic user-facing pages.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Validate all user input before submission to the back-end.

Fullstack Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Backend
  • Proficiency or understanding of languages like Java, C#, or Python, and possibly operating systems.
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process enhancement.
  • Sound knowledge of web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Frontend
  • Proficient grasp of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
  • Additional education or experience might be necessary.
