What can you expect in a Global Head of Recruitment Marketing role (Senior Director level) at TaskUs?

As a Global Head of Recruitment Marketing , you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and market presence as well as establish leadership as employer of choice. This position involves leading a growing marketing team dedicated to our global centers of excellence, collaborating closely with the Global recruitment and brand teams to implement international brand marketing strategies.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this is a key leadership role on the marketing team in defining and implementing our international brand marketing strategy across all its territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence Awareness:

Develop and execute programs and campaigns to raise awareness for operational excellence and the office of our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Drive initiatives that highlight TaskUs' commitment to operational excellence, both internally and externally.

Employer of Choice Branding:

Develop and execute programs to raise visibility and awareness, positioning TaskUs as the best place to work.

Collaborate with the global brand, communications, and content teams to create a unified strategy that reinforces our employer brand.

Brand Strategy:

Translate brand strategies into comprehensive brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy

Develop clear marketing channel strategies and support requirements to drive growth.

Performance Review and Fine-Tuning:

Review regional marketing plans and delivery, working closely with regional leads to fine-tune performance and ensure alignment with global objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work in partnership with the global brand, communications, and content teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate executional excellence, both internally (strategies, presentations, memos) and externally (campaigns, creative assets).

Metrics Improvement and Growth Performance:

Drive end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, focusing on top-of-the-funnel/brand metrics improvement and low-funnel/growth performances.

Manage a data-driven marketing funnel, emphasizing rapid experimentation and validated learning.

Ensure the right execution of a global marketing strategy, strengthening the company's global brand approach and positioning.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing global recruitment marketing strategies, with a strong background in brand and content marketing.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a growing marketing team.

Sharp and sophisticated thinking, with the capability to contribute to strategic development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.

Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and evolving organization, wearing many hats as needed.

Work Location/ Travel:

The position is remote

15 % - 20% travel
