  • 2nd level support (by phone, remotely and onsite) and working in the ticket system
  • Carrying out system maintenance, documentation and system tests

Yourprofile
  • You are completing adegree with a focus on computer science (or comparable)
  • You are familiar with Microsoft technologies (Windowsclient and server operating systems, Active Directory, grouppolicies)
  • You have experience with scriptingor programming languages (e.g. Powershell, Python)
  • You have some experience in creating concepts andinstallation instructions
  • You work just aswell independently as part of a team
  • A goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a structured and careful way of workingcharacterize you
  • Fluent written and spokenGerman is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
