Legal Recruiter, Founder & Director at Spencer Lennox A great opportunity has arisen for a talented commercial property solicitor in the 1-5 PQE range to join the market leading real estate group of a top 5 Irish law firm in Dublin.
The team advises on some of the most high-profile and complex real estate transactions in the market.
This is a career-making opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to work with premium clients on landmark deals across all asset classes.

Responsibilities Advise developers, institutional investors, global tech firms, and financial institutions on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development and property financing.
Work across all asset types including offices, logistics, retail, residential, mixed-use schemes, hospitality, and healthcare.
Lead and support on property law matters within large-scale corporate and financing transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues in Construction, Tax, Corporate, and Litigation to deliver commercially-driven advice.
Draft, negotiate and manage contracts, title due diligence, lease agreements and bespoke development and investment structures.

Candidate Profile 1–5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property ideally gained at a large or mid-sized firm in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction.
Experience advising on lettings, acquisitions/disposals, or development work across commercial asset types.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent drafting skills and a team-first attitude.
Keen interest in building a long-term career in property law with a top-tier practice.
