As our client continues to grow and take on new challenges, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join their team and support a range of exciting projects across the Midlands.
This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience ininternal fit-out projects, ready to take the next step in their career.
Our client is highly respected in the industry, with a strong track record delivering high-quality work across sectors such as Life Sciences, Pharma, Data Centres, Industrial, and Residential.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and project team, offering technical input and on-site support throughout the project lifecycle Act as a key communication link between the site team, design consultants, and subcontractors on a daily basis Review and validate civil engineering plans, 3 D models, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project standards Carry out quality control procedures, including concrete pour inspections, managing RFIs, and troubleshooting technical challenges Contribute to enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant site environment Track and log the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and site logistics Keep detailed project records and prepare progress updates and technical reports as required Requirements Strong digital competency, with working knowledge of tools such as Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks, and the full Microsoft Office suite A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role within the construction industry Background working with a main contractor, preferably on high-spec Pharma, Med Tech, or Industrial developments Hands-on involvement in Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR), technical coordination, quality assurance, design processes, and client-facing engagements Package Competitive salary Pension Company vehicle or travel allowance Company laptop and phone Life insurance and income protection Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Access to lifestyle benefits Skills: Project Management Construction Benefits: Pension Company Vehicle Laptop Phone Life Insurance
