OverviewBeauchamps LLPis one of Ireland's top full service commercial law firms.We are growing, creative and ambitious with over 200 people in our Dublin headquarters.We are recognised for providing high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across a wide range of sectors and are proud of our collaborative and supportive culture.Our firm has been part of the fabric of Irish business for over 220 years.We are proud of our heritage, our culture, and our client base.You will be joining a dynamic law firm where hard work, innovation and adaptability are rewarded.The RoleWe are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Solicitor to join our Public, Regulatory & Investigations team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile and complex legal matters, including regulatory advice, investigations and inquiries, and administrative law proceedings.As part of our team, you will contribute to matters of real public importance, advising both public bodies and private clients on a wide range of regulatory and administrative issues including but not limited to:Key responsibilitiesAdvising on administrative and public law matters, including statutory interpretation, sector-specific domestic and EU legislation, and information law issues (FOI, Access to Information on the Environment, data protection and privacy).Leading and assisting administrative law litigation, such as judicial review and statutory appeals, including liaising with and managing counsel.Drafting legal opinions, pleadings, submissions, correspondence, consultation documents, and regulatory policies, procedures or guidance.Advising on and supporting clients in relation to statutory or regulatory investigations and public inquiries.Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to provide holistic advice.Supporting senior members of the team on significant and complex matters while also developing your own client relationships.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a solicitor/barrister who is motivated, solutions-focused, and eager to grow within a busy and dynamic practice.Requirements4-5 years' PQE in public, regulatory, litigation, or a closely related practice area.Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical ability and sound judgment.A proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions.Experience working with or advising regulatory or public bodies is preferable.Why Join Beauchamps?Competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits package, including pension and bonus.Exposure to an enviable and diverse client base.Strong career development opportunities with clear progression pathways.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.A friendly, open and supportive working environment where collaboration is valued.Please contact Paula White, HR Manager, Beauchamps in the first instance if you are interested in this position.[Email: ****** Tel: ***********].Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
