The practice is known for providing advice to creative sectors such as tech, media, sports, fashion and hospitality.
Role and Clients
This appointment sits within the firm's corporate and private equity practice.
Clients will include tech businesses, cutting-edge start-ups and clients from fintech and medtech industries.
Responsibilities
This is a general corporate role which will include cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and more.
Qualifications
Applicants will have experience of general corporate work and have experience at an international law firm.
