Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience.
Attention to detail is essential
You should be able to work independently.

You must be able to handle pressure.
Understand HACCP procedures and regulations.
Work weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Clean and set up the kitchen after breakfast service.
Ensure that the kitchen is clean after service.
Ensure that all supplies are ordered.
Breakfast preparation.
Provide a breakfast that meets the highest standards.
Maintain a high standard at all times.
Know and meet HACCP regulations.
