Position Overview – Entry-Level Recruitment Associate:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in recruitment.
You'll work closely with experienced consultants, gain hands-on training, and be part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Based full-time on-site, you'll help identify top talent, support candidates through the hiring process, and play a key role in helping deliver excellent service to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Engagement & Sourcing:
Learn how to source candidates across various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
Support with interview coordination and candidate communications.
Recruitment Support:
Work alongside senior recruiters to understand client needs and job requirements.
Help prepare job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Learn to match the right candidates to the right roles.
CRM & Admin:
Accurately update candidate and client records in our CRM system.
Ensure recruitment processes are followed and compliant with internal procedures.
Learning & Development:
Receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship.
Gain exposure to the full recruitment cycle.
Develop your understanding of the construction industry and key roles within it.

A strong interest in recruitment, sales, or talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work full-time on-site in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Education:
Degree-level education is preferred but not essential – we value attitude and potential.
