Job Description:
Mechanical Supervisor – Data Center & Hyperchip Manufacturing
Location: EMEA
What you will do:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities across multiple sites.
Lead teams of up to 20 technicians and subcontractors, ensuring performance and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to meet design specs and operational needs.
Conduct site inspections and audits for safety and quality compliance.
Manage procurement and logistics of mechanical materials and equipment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation.
Travel to project sites as required (domestic and international).
What we look for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in data center or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, chilled water systems, and cleanroom protocols.
Proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work in dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with commissioning processes and documentation.
Experience with digital construction tools.
Knowledge of international safety and building codes.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
