Full job descriptionMaintenance TechnicianOur partner is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer to join an established engineering team at a world-renowned precision engineering company.This role will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager to ensure the successful and efficient running of the maintenance department.The dedicated team provide a speedy response to any service breakdown while delivering excellent care.Responsibilities:Plan and schedule repairs, ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately undertaken and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as neededServicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyors, and production related equipment.Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines, monitor and continually improve maintenance processes to achieve enhanced levels of efficiencyTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical breakdownsAdjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine toolsSourcing parts for repair and machine upgrades, negotiating with suppliers and liaising with equipment vendorsConducting routine maintenance and safety checks.Maintain all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operationsQualifications/ ExperienceElectrical and Mechanical qualification or relevant Trade certificateAt least 3 years' experience in a similar roleExperience repairing or maintaining CNC machines is an advantageFlexibility in relation to working hoursKey behaviours/ CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and energeticBe health & safety consciousWork efficiently as part of a team and also on own initiativeWhat We Offer· Salary: Up to 52,****** Euro per Year (DOE)· Benefits: Annual leave and a great place to work with great conditions and infrastructure.· Professional Development: We are committed to your professional growth, providing opportunities for ongoing training, career development, and advancement within the company.Relocation details:If not in Ireland, the right candidate must be willing to relocate permanently to Ireland.Traveling costs (not reimbursed)Accommodation costs covered by the company for the first 2 monthsFor more available positions, please check our website:Application Process:We aim to respond to all applicants within 10 working days.If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, please consider your application unsuccessful for the position advertised we might get in touch in the future for other opportunities.Privacy and Data Retention:By applying for this position, you consent to the retention of your personal data, which will be used solely for recruitment purposes.Your data will be stored securely and treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request by emailingGus Precision Engineering Services:We operate as an employment agency for permanent recruitment in Ireland only.Job Type: Full-timePay: €48,******-€52,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payApplication question(s):Would you be willing to relocate to Ireland?Experience:CNC Maintenance: 3 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
