Job Description: Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Consultancy Team.
The successful person will work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts as part of PM Group's multi-discipline team.

We are expanding our Environment & Sustainability team and seek an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join us.

Responsibilities: Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover.
Undertake LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and/or BCA Greenmark assessments for commercial and industrial schemes.
Advise on NZEB, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building strategies.
Conduct climate risk assessments, building life-cycle assessments, and sustainability master planning.
Understand and apply current and upcoming sustainability legislation (building and planning regulations).
Innovate and assess design solutions early in the design process focusing on decarbonization, low energy, renewable techniques, and sustainable fuels.
Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment methodologies and low-carbon building materials.
Develop and maintain client relationships internally and externally.
Prepare technical reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Level 8 NQF) in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, Sustainability, or related fields.
Qualifications such as LEED AP BD+C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP.
At least 5 years of experience as a sustainability/energy consultant or related role.
Excellent knowledge of sustainable design practices; international experience is a plus.
Proven record of innovative low-energy design approaches and management excellence.
Strong project management skills.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to work independently.
