Phone Operator

Job description:Telephone Operator required for our Water Treatment Company based in Tuam, Co Galway.The successful candidate will be responsible for:· Managing incoming & outgoing calls.· Providing customers with excellent customer service ensuring all queries are answered in a professional manner· Route planning & service scheduling· Experience in water treatment an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided· Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team· Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail· Must have strong data entry skills.Calling for payments..Deal with customers over the phone, problem solving.· Ability to fluently speak and understand the English language.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €28,******-€30,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingLanguage:English (required)Location:Tuam, CO.Galway (required)Work Location: In person
