Overview
As Façade Manager for Santry, Dublin, you will manage all façade-related activities throughout project stages, ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance.
Your expertise will be essential from early design coordination to installation, testing, and final delivery on complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations
Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
What You Bring
Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork and Render
Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and cross team communication skills
Familiar with BIM and digital construction platforms
Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
