A Value-Driven, Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy, NIRAS is fundamentally committed to Sustainable Progress and Service Delivery.OpportunityThis is an exciting chance for a Senior Utilities (Clean/Dark) Project Manager to come and join our client, a pioneering pharmaceutical organization making long term and significant investments in retrofitting and further developing its existing Irish facility, to increase capacity and further enhance its production capabilities.eAs a global leader in treating haemophilia disorders and diabetes, our client is transforming their established midlands located site with a comprehensive retrofit and multiple upgrades across its campus.Job DescriptionAs a vital member of our Engineering Project Team, you'll report directly to the Director of Engineering. You'll be at the forefront of delivering key engineering projects across our facility, navigating complex challenges with your exceptional communication and influencing skills.Key Responsibilities: * Lead Engineering Consultants onsite and oversee Vendor Delivery to meet targeted objectives. * Support delivery of full Program Of Works from Concept Design through to Installation. * Overseeing Project Delivery, Budget Management and ensuring all teams are fully Resourced. * Monitor Progress and Performance against Key Metrics. * Resolve Cross-Functional issues to minimize impact on Schedules. * Manage Project Costings, Scope Of Works, Scheduling, and Change Controls. * Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to achieve Project Milestones and Objectives.What you will bring.Proven Engineering expertise and a demonstrable track record of success in Project Delivery - preferably on Large Scale Biologic/ Biopharma related Capital ProjectsProven track record in Managing EPCMV Consultants / Sub-Project Teams from Design stage through to Operational Handover.Possess Exceptional Communication and Influencing Skills and Capabilities.Have 10+ years' experience GMP Project Design and Build Projects Environment.Hold a Third-Level Qualifications in a Engineering / Technical / Science related discipline.Ideally Hold Project Management Certification.Collaborative, Effective Communicator, and Autonomous Self-Starter.Experienced in Engaging with Cross-Functional Engineering and Construction / Vendor Supplier Teams in Delivery of Key Project Milestones in conjunction with the Project Team.Why Join Us?Make a Difference Be part of a transformative project and journey in a dynamic and innovative major projects environment.
