Dynamic Safety Solutions is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPosition Overview:The HSEQ Advisor will be responsible for maintaining health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
The role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, conducting audits, providing training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
The role is 5 day full time (4/5 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:Building auditsWeekly inspection – walkaround and log / report hazards and follow up on close outDSE assessments – office / remotePrep for weekly HSE MeetingOwnership of the fire drill in all locationsFire marshals & first aid coordination.Emergency equipment – inspection and management of itInductions of staff / contractors via SkillkoPPE ManagementManagement of Skillko PlatformCompile training certs for all staff on skillkoSkillko on boardingH&S Induction PresentationReportsMonthly Reportdevelop and update at the end of each month in preparation for HSE ManagerCAR ReportMonitor and update with all HSE Performance KPI's and close out of all open items including accident / incidents.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in a HSEQ role.In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSEQ management software.Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CMIOSH) are highly desirable.DSE assessor – highly desirable.First Aid Trainer – highly desirable.MH trainer – highly desirable.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership and influencing skills.Commitment to professional development and learning.Competitive salary and benefits package.
