Aim Support EducatorTree House Playschool, Rathcormac, Co.Cork — € DOE - Part-TimeOverviewAbout Us: Tree House Playschool is a nurturing and vibrant early years education setting dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for children.We believe in creating an inclusive environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and a love for learning.Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team as an AIM Support Educator.ResponsibilitiesTo assist in the education and care of children allocated AIM Support in line with the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).Work closely with the Lead Educator/Room Leader to implement individual support strategies.Assist in adapting activities and the learning environment to ensure accessibility and participation for all children.Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all children.To assist in the planning and implementation of an age-appropriate stimulating program of activities underpinned by Aistear and Siolta.To assist with the structure of the classroom daily routine and functionality.QualificationsMinimum Level 5 QQI Early Childhood Care and Education qualification (Level 6 or higher desirable).Knowledge of the AIM model and inclusive early childhood education principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.What We OfferA supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Application ProcessIf you are passionate about early years education and meet the above qualifications, we would love to hear from youPlease submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
