We are currently hiring our store Costcutter in Togher.we are looking for a full time Deli Assistant.Great opportunity for the right person.The successful candidate will have:A minimum of two years' experience in a busy hospitality environmentHave excellent customer service outlookProficiency in EnglishMaintain high standards of culinary skills in preparation, cooking and presentation of all food.To assist in taking physical stock, controlling stock rotation and preparing potential food costs.To assist in producing a maintenance and cleaning schedule allocating specific duties to ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Kitchen areas.Ensure that all aspects of Health and Safety, Hygiene, welfare, by-laws, fire regulations, emergency procedure etc.To help control quality of food produce, portions served, plating and waste.To help ensure a good working relationship with suppliers and colleagues.Qualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role is preferredStrong understanding of food safety regulationsPassionate about fresh food product and using local produceAdditional qualifications in food safety or retail management would be advantageous.Job Type: Full-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
