Overview
ICT Services is looking for Field Services Engineer in Dublin for a full-time permanent role.
ICT services Ireland's leading company in field services, roll-outs, and support solutions.
With a team of over 150 professionals, we provide comprehensive IT solutions covering all of Ireland.
For over 25 years, we've been a trusted IT services provider to global clients such as Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, and others.
Responsibilities
Visit client locations in the Belfast area.
Identify and fix glitches in computers, laptops, and other gadgets.
Repair hardware, swap out parts (RAM, SSD, batteries, motherboards), and do regular upkeep.
Qualifications
Experience in repairing, swapping laptop components (RAM, SSD, Battery, motherboard).
Experience in troubleshooting (PC, laptops and other electronic devices).
EU valid driving licence.
Spoken English.
Will be a plus: server and networking experience.
Will be a plus: CompTIA certification.
